We are proud to announce that global distribution rights for the upcoming movie Cookbook for Southern Housewives have been obtained by Archstone Entertainment. This feature holds a profound significance for all of us as it showcases the powerful, final on-screen work of our beloved Michael Madsen.

The project is the creation of a remarkable young talent, 19-year-old writer and director Josie Hull. Ms. Hull conceived and scripted the story at the age of eighteen, then took on the mantle of directing and producing the subsequent year.

Transporting audiences to the period between 1969 and 1973, the story unfolds against the stark reality of the Southern United States' criminal world. The narrative centers on Bonnie Carson, a suburban wife trapped in an unfulfilling domestic routine. Driven by a desire to escape her monotonous existence, she begins a romance with a captivating figure connected to the dangerous Dixie Mafia, which plunges her into their violent operations.

The talented ensemble cast joining Mr. Madsen includes Michael Evans Behling (All American), David Koechner (Anchorman film series), and Shahadi Wright Joseph (Us). Lindsay Shiner takes on the demanding lead role in what marks her inaugural feature film appearance.
